Wyatt | Trussville, AL Newborn Photographer

I recently had the honor of traveling to the home of Wyatt Rosene for an in-home newborn photography session. He was so precious! Wyatt's journey began in the NICU, and his homecoming was a cherished moment for his family. As I packed up all my favorite props in the car and hit the road, I couldn't contain my excitement to capture those precious moments with this little warrior. Stepping into Wyatt's home, I was surrounded by a warm and loving atmosphere. Seeing him in the arms of his adoring parents & grandparents filled my heart with joy. The puppers even participated! The session was filled with gentle poses and sweet expressions that truly encapsulated the love and happiness that radiated within the Rosene family. It was an unforgettable experience to capture Wyatt's journey and celebrate his arrival home.

While we were photographing Wyatt with his mom and dad, capturing their joyful moments as a new family, the excitement grew as his grandparents arrived. The atmosphere instantly filled with love and warmth as they showered Wyatt with affection and cuddles. It was a beautiful sight to see generations come together, sharing a deep bond. After some cherished family moments, it was time to shift our focus to capturing Wyatt's adorable persona in a variety of props and mugshots!

Let me tell you, Wyatt sure knew how to give me a run for my money when it was time for Mugshots! This little guy had so much attitude, it was hard not to crack up behind the camera. From the moment I stepped into his home, Wyatt made it clear that he was the boss. He was not about to let me pose him, oh no! With a squirm here and a wriggle there, he fought to keep his arms free. But hey, I'm not one to back down from a challenge. I decided to let him have his way, and boy, did he deliver. Those mischievous smiles and sassy expressions that I captured were worth every bit of the struggle. Wyatt may just be a newborn, but he's already showing us all that he was born to be a leader.

After the mugshots, Wyatt was showered with love from even more family! His other set of grandparents had arrived, and the joy and excitement in the room became palpable. As they took turns holding Wyatt, their faces lit up with adoration and pride. It was heartwarming to witness the love and connection that radiated from this extended family. Wyatt, nestled in the arms of his grandparents, basked in the warm embrace and soaked up the affection. These additional snuggles were a precious gift, filling the room with unconditional love and reminding us all of the incredible bond that family brings.

When we were ready, mom brought out the cutest little Very Hungry Caterpillar set. It was a delightful surprise that instantly brought a smile to everyone's faces. As a photographer, I love it when families bring sentimental items to photoshoots. It adds a touch of personal meaning and allows us to capture moments that hold a special place in their hearts. Getting to incorporate these treasures into a photoshoot not only creates beautiful images, but it also makes my heart happy knowing that I am part of documenting their precious memories.
